Refer to Illustrations above. Navigate in Cat ET to the "Diagnostic Test Screen", and click "Override Parameters".

Select "Front Cross Axle Lock Solenoid Current Override" to begin the test on the front XAD differential lock.Note: Each XAD differential lock will need to be tested individually. Once the procedure is completed for the front axle, you may proceed to the center and rear axle.

When the "Change Parameter Value" screen pops up, enter ".91", and click "OK".

A screen will appear to verify that you want to override the value. Click "Yes".

When the screen appears with the new parameter, read the pressure on the gage for the front cross axle lock pressure. Compare the reading with the value in Table 1 under "Specifications".
Read the pressure on the gage connected to "TPDL" XAD supply pressure port (1). Compare the reading with the value in Table 1 in the "Specifications" section.Note: The XAD supply pressure must be taken when at least one axle current override is active. The Supply pressure only needs to be performed once.

When the cross axle lock pressure check is complete, return the "Current Override" to Zero.
Return to the "Override Parameters" screen and repeat Step 1 through Step 10 on the untested XAD differential test ports.
When all tests are complete, shut down the machine and remove the test equipment.Inertial Measurement Sensor Calibration
Move the machine to a level surface.
Ensure that the bed is empty and lowered.
Shut down the machine.
Connect to Cat ET.
Start and run the machine at low idle.

Click "Calibration" under the "Service" tab.

Click "Inertial Measurement Sensor Calibration".

When the "Warning" screen pops up, read the warnings and click "OK".

Verify that Inertial measurement sensor calibration is selected, then click "Begin".

When the setup conditions are met, click the "Next" button to continue.

Mark the front and rear ground to tire location and turn the machine around.
Click next after turning the machine around in the opposite direction and confirming that conditions are met.

When the second calibration is finished, click "Finish".Note: Restart the calibration if the initial test is not a success.
Turn the key switch to the OFF position, disconnect from Cat ET.
