Remove the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Remove the clip (not shown) that retains hose assembly (3). Remove bolts (1) and place oil filter assembly (2) to the side.

Remove bolts (4) and remove pulley (5) from vibration damper (6).

Remove top bolt (7) from vibration damper (6). Install Tooling (A) in place of the bolt. Remove remaining bolts (7) and vibration damper (6) .Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (A) into the hole for top bolt (7). Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (7). Install vibration damper (6) and bolts (7). Remove Tooling (A) and install top bolt (7) for vibration damper (6).

Install pulley (5) onto vibration damper (6). Install bolts (4) .

Position oil filter assembly (2) and install bolts (1). Install the clip (not shown) that retains hose assembly (3).
Install the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
