Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move engine start switch (3) to the OFF position.

Left Side of Base of Operator Seat
Connect Tool (C) and Tool (D) to Tool (B). Connect Tool (C) to diagnostic connector (4). Connect Tool (D) to USB port on Tool (A).
Move engine start switch (3) to the ON position. Do not start the engine.
Launch the Plus+1TM program on the computer in order to calibrate the brake pedal. Note: First time users need to perform the tasks in the Communication and Connections Wizard. This wizard allows the Windows® operating system to recognize the USB device. Follow the on screen instructions.

Go to "Open Diagnostic File" line (5).
Click "Open File" button (6).

Select "Cat Diagnostic Files" (7) from the menu.
Click "Open" button (8).

Note file name (9) on the "Open Diagnostic File" line. Select the file name from drop-down menu (10).
Click "Open" button (11).

Check "Active Codes" (14). Clear any open "Active Codes".
Select "Machine Control" (13) from the "Available ECMs".
Click on "Target: Calibrations" icon (12).

Select "Brake Pedal" (15) from the "Machine Controls" list.

Click "Start" button (16) in the "Brake Pedal" field in order to start the brake pedal calibration.

Read and understand the conditions of the warning. Click "OK" button (17).

Follow screen instructions (18).
Click "Next" button (19).

Follow screen instructions (22). Fully depress the brake pedal for a minimum of 5 seconds and then fully release the brake pedal. Note: The "Next" button will disappear and then reappear.

Allow the values for "Low Calibration Current" (24) and "High Calibration Current" (25) to register.
