1. Remove ring (3) and pin (2) from the plunger.2. Remove plunger (1) from the blade bracket. 3. Install tool (A) to the blade. Fasten a lift truck to the blade. Fasten a hoist to the blade to keep the blade in balance while the lift truck pulls the blade out from the blade bracket. 4. Slide the hoist back on the blade and remove blade (4) from the blade brackets. The weight is 1500 lb. (675 kg). Remove tool (A).Install Blade
1. Fasten a hoist to blade (1) and put it in position on the blade brackets.2. Use a lift truck as shown to push the blade into the blade bracket on the other side. 3. Make an alignment of one of the notches (2) in the blade with the hole for the plunger in the blade bracket. 4. Install plunger (3) that holds the blade in place. Install pin (4) and the ring that hold the plunger in the blade bracket.
