Assembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install plug (37).

Install plug (35) and orifice (36).

Install ring (31), O-ring seal (32), ring (33), and O-ring seal (34) to relief valve (30).

Install fitting (28). Tighten fitting (28) to a torque of 48 N m (35 lb ft). Install fitting (29). Install relief valve (30). Tighten relief valve (30) to a torque of 50 N m (37 lb ft).

Install ring (21), O-ring seal (22), ring (23), ring (24), O-ring seal (25), ring (26), and O-ring seal (27) to pressure reducing valve (15).

Install ring (18), O-ring seal (19), and O-ring seal (20) to check valve (17).

Install pressure reducing valve (15). Tighten pressure reducing valve (15) to a torque of 41 N m (30 lb ft). Install pressure sensor (16). Install check valve (17). Tighten check valve (17) to a torque of 41 N m (30 lb ft).

Install screen (14).

Install ring (8), O-ring seal (9), ring (10), O-ring seal (11), and O-ring seal (12) to valve (4).

Install ring (5), O-ring seal (6), and O-ring seal (7) to check valve (1).

Install check valve (1). Tighten check valve (1) to a torque of 41 N m (30 lb ft). Install valve (4). Tighten valve (4) to a torque of 50 N m (37 lb ft). Install solenoid (3). Install nut (2). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 10 2 N m (88 18 lb in). End By:
