Use Tooling (A) to raise the track assembly. Use suitable blocking in order to support the track assembly. Remove Tooling (A).

Loosen bolts (3).

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Position Tooling (B) under track carrier roller (4). The weight of the track carrier roller (4) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Use Tooling (B) in order to remove track carrier roller (4). Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (B) in order to install track carrier roller (4). Center track carrier roller (4) between the rails.
Remove Tooling (B).

Use the following measurements in order to position the track carrier roller properly:
Dimension (X) should measure 75.1 mm (2.96 inch).
Dimension (Y) should measure 140.9 mm (5.55 inch) for the D3K and D4K SALT.
Dimension (Y) should measure 161.2 mm (6.35 inch) for the D5K Systemone.
Dimension (Y) should measure 166.2 mm (6.54 inch) for the D5K SALT.

Tighten bolts (3).

Raise the track assembly with Tooling (A). Remove suitable blocking. Remove Tooling (A).

Turn relief valve (2) clockwise in order to close relief valve (2).
Adjust the track assembly. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track -Check/Adjust".

Install access cover (1).
