Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.Note: Lubricate O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install retaining ring (47). Raise the temperature of stator (38) and lower the temperature of cam (36). Use Tooling (C) and a suitable press in order to install cam (46).

Position plate (43). Install retaining ring (42). Position bearing (39). Install carrier (31). Reposition stator (38). Install springs (41) with the maximum number of loops to the outside. Install rollers (40). Note: Carrier (31) should only rotate counterclockwise once rollers (40) and springs (41) are installed.

Position plate (45). Install retaining ring (44).

Install O-ring seal (36) in adapter (34).

Position impeller (29) on adapter (34). Position hub (35). Install bolts (33). Tighten bolts (33) to a torque of 105 14 N m (77 10 lb ft).

Install carrier (31) onto stator (38). Install bearing (37).

Use two people in order to reposition impeller (29) on carrier (31). The weight of impeller (29) is approximately 31 kg (70 lb). Install retaining ring (30).

Install bearing (28).
