4. Disconnect the hoses and tube assemblies from the engine side of the brake oil coolers.5. Loosen two clamps (2).6. Remove tube (1).7. Remove eight bolts (3) and (4) from each side. Remove the O-ring seals. Tie the tube assemblies and hoses back and out of the way.
Check to be sure all lines, hoses and wires are disconnected and out of the way before removing the brake oil coolers.
8. Attach a hoist to the brake oil coolers.9. Remove two bolts (5) from each side. Remove the brake oil coolers as a unit. The weight of the coolers is approximately 300 kg (680 lb).10. Install by reversing Steps 9 through 1.
