Information:

1. Remove two bolts (2).2. Open left panel access door (1). 3. Remove plug (9).4. Drain the hydraulic oil tank into a suitable container.5. Remove four bolts (6) (not shown).6. Pull conditioner condenser (5) forward away from the oil cooler.
Be careful, the freon has NOT be removed from the system. Freon under pressure can cause personal injury.
7. Loosen upper hose clamps (3). Slide hose (4) away from the oil cooler.8. Loosen lower hose clamps (8). Slide hose (7) away from the oil cooler.
Typical Example9. Attach hoist to oil cooler (10).10. Remove six bolts (11) and washers. Three bolts are located on top of oil cooler and three bolts are located on the bottom of oil cooler.11. Remove oil cooler (10). The weight of the oil cooler is 68 kg (150 lb). For installation of the oil cooler, reverse the removal steps.12.
