3. Disconnect pressure lines (1) and (2) from the attachment and equipment pump. 4. Disconnect pressure line (4) from attachment and equipment pump. 5. Remove two nuts and washers (5) while supporting pumps with strap and hoist. Remove pumps. Weight of the pumps is 57 kg (125 lb). 6. Remove two bolts (6). Separate the two pumps and remove coupling (7). Fan pump weight is 12 kg (25 lb). The weight of the attachment and equipment pump is 45 kg (100 lb). Install in reverse order.7. Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 22 3 N m (17 2 lb ft). Refer to the Operation & Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.8. Start By:a. remove attachment and equipment pump Place alignment marks on all separation pints of the pump prior to disassembly. 1. Remove four cap screws (1). Remove cover (2). Remove O-ring (3) and ring (4). 2. Remove cartridge assembly (5) from pump housing (6). 3. Remove O-ring (7) and backing ring (8) from cartridge (5). 4. Remove two cap screws (9). Remove plate (10), flexplate (11), ring assembly (12) flexplate (13) and plate (14). 5. Remove seal assemblies from plate (10) and plate (14). Remove O-ring (15) from retainer (16). Repeat for other three seal assemblies. 6. Remove rotor assembly (17) from ring (12). Remove ten vanes (18) from rotor (17). 7. Attach Tooling (B) to pump housing. Remove four bolts (19). With hoist and Tooling (B). Lift pump housing (6) from body (20). 8. Remove cartridge assembly (21) from body (20). 9. Remove quad ring (22), O-ring (23), and backing ring (24) from cartridge (21). 10. Remove two cap screws (25). Remove plate (26), flexplate (27), ring assembly (28), flexplate (29) and plate (30). 11. Remove seal assemblies from plate (26) and plate (30). Remove O-ring (31) from retainer (32). Repeat for other three seal assemblies. 12. Remove bushing (33) from plate (30). 13. Remove rotor assembly (34) from ring (28). Remove ten valves (35) from rotor. 14. Remove retaining ring (37) and O-ring (36). Remove shaft and bearing assembly (38) from pump body (20). 15. Remove spacer ring (39). Remove two lip seals (40). 16. Remove snap ring (41) from shaft and bearing assembly (38). Remove bearing (42) from shaft with press as shown. Assemble the attachment and equipment pump in the following manner. Clean and lubricate all parts prior to assembly. 17. Heat bearing (42) to 275°F and install on shaft (38). Install snap ring (41). 18. Install two lip seals (40) using Tooling (A). 19. Install spacer ring (39) in pump body. Install shaft and bearing assembly (38) in pump body. Install shaft and bearing assembly (38) in pump body. Install retaining ring (37) and O-ring (36). 20.
