The location of the elevator unloading valve (1) is near the right tractor fender.3. Disconnect vent line (2) and oil line (3) from the valve. 4. Remove bolts (4) and the elevator unloading valve.Install Elevator Unloading Valve
1. Be sure the O-ring seals are in place on body (2) and put clean oil on the O-ring seals.2. Put elevator unloading valve (1) in position and install the bolts that hold it in place. 3. Connect oil line (4) and vent line (3) to the elevator unloading valve.4. Fill the hydraulic tank with clean oil to the correct level.Disassemble And Assemble Elevator Unloading Valve
start by:a) remove elevator unloading valve 1. Put identification on plugs (1) and (2). 2. Remove plugs (1) and (2) and the spring and unloading valve stem from the valve body.3. Be sure the O-ring seals are in place on plugs (1) and (2). Put clean oil on the O-ring seals and valve parts.4. Install unloading valve stem (4) and spring (3) in the valve body as shown.5.
