Problem
Certain 7N4350 Switches with a build date code of E10 have been overcrimped on the electrical terminal causing the terminal to fall out of the switch.
Action Required
Remove all 7N4350 Switches with the build date code E10 from parts stock. The build date code and part number are stamped on the barrel of the switch and located underneath the part number label, which can be peeled up to determine the code. WARRANTY ALLOWANCES Submit one claim for all 7N4350 Switches removed from parts stock.
