Fuel System Prime can be accomplished by squeezing the primer pump next to the fuel water separator. Squeeze the pump several times to prime the fuel pump.
Start the engine. If the engine will not start, further priming is necessary. If the engine starts but the engine continues to misfire, further priming is necessary.
If the engine starts but the engine runs rough, continue to run the engine at low idle. Continue to run the engine at low idle until the engine runs smoothly.Note: If the engine cannot be primed or the fuel pressure is low, check the in-tank fuel inlet tube screen.
