This Program must be administered assoon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI10234" as the Partnumber and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim DescriptionCode and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair isdone after failure, use "PI10234" as the Part Number, "7751" as the GroupNumber, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMSDescription Code.PROBLEM
A new clip needs to be added to prevent batterycable interference with the enclosure latch on certain D6N Track Type Tractors.Machines with heavy-duty batteries have been found with interference betweenthe positive battery cable and the enclosure latch. This may cause shortcircuit to ground and possible arcing. A new clip needs to be added inplace of the old clip and in a new orientation to prohibit this interference.
