Connect 336-6351 Control Harness As (5) to 336-6351 Control Harness As (7) using connector (11). Attach to the upper cover using cable straps (8). Refer to Illustration 17. Connect the GNSS receiver cable (10) using connector (12). Refer to Illustration 18.Upper Cover on Hydraulic Tank

Attach the 336-6351 Control Harness As (5) to links along the right-hand side of the upper cover using cable straps (8). Connect 336-6351 Control Harness As (5) to GNSS receiver cable (10) using connector (12). Secure using cable strap (8) and strap (14). Refer to Illustration 21.

Install the new 442-5837 Cover As (15). Torque the bolts ( (3) and (16) ) to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).

If the machine has a tank side cover support, install 8T-4123 Washers between the 442-5837 Cover As (15) and support. Refer to Illustration 23.Note: After the installation is complete, follow the installation instructions provided for the AccuGrade system to install the masts and associated wiring. Connector (12) will connect to the GNSS receiver cable.Note: The new mast locations described in this instruction move the GNSS receivers forward from the counterweight position. Machines calibrated for 3D AccuGrade systems with GNSS receivers on counterweight positions will require completion of a new Body Vector Measurements calibration with the GNSS receivers in the new mast locations. Cat Grade Control calibrations (Arm/Body Measurements in AccuGrade) remain unchanged by moving the GNSS receiver locations. Follow AccuGrade instructions for completing the Body Vector Measurements calibrations.
