The handle must be attached to the main weldment as shown in Illustration 7 below. The position of the handle can be adjusted by pulling the Locking Pull Rod (Item 10, Illustration 5).

Raise & Lower
Connect the air supply to the quick disconnect nipple (Item 11, Illustration 5). Pull the Up/Down Lever (Item 7, Illustration 5) towards the "Up" position as indicated on the decal. Rotate the lever of the On/Off Ball valve (Item 8, Illustration 5) to the "On" position as shown on the decal. The Lift Cart Table will begin to raise. When fully raised, return the lever to the "Off" position. To lower the table, push the Up/Down lever to the "Down" position as shown on the decal.If an air supply is unavailable, the table can be raised and lowered manually using the Manual Pump Handle (Item 9, Illustration 5). Set the Up/Down Lever to the desired action. Insert Handle into the pump as shown in Illustration 8 below and pump manually. The handle should be lowered for clearance during this process.

Caster Use
The casters are equipped with swivel locks and brakes. In addition, the casters can be swiveled while under a load using the Manual Pump Handle. Insert the handle into the caster as shown in Illustration 9 below and pivot as required.

Inspection
Daily
Inspect the Lift Table for signs of leaks, cracks, wear, or damage. Repair or replace components, if necessary.
Inspect the hydraulic hoses hard line assemblies and fittings for signs of leaks, cracks, wear, or damage. Replace, if necessary.
Inspect welds on all components. A cracked weld can fail, resulting in injury or property damage.
Inspect for loose or missing fasteners. Tighten or replace as necessary.
Inspect all casters for deformities or malfunction.
Check air hose and lever cables for wear or loose connections. Repair as necessary.
Check hydraulic fluid level in reservoir.ServiceThe bellows can be removed and the table top pinned in the raised position to perform service on interior components. Remove the Safety Bellow Attachment Bar (Item 13, Illustration 6) at both sides, and fold the bellows out of the way. Raise or lower the table top as needed until the opening in the track roller guide plate aligns with the opening in the scissor lift arm plates. Slide the linchpins in place (See Illustration 10). Items such as the cylinders can be removed for service, and the table top will remain in place. Always use BOTH linchpins. Return pins to their storage after use.
