Remove the side panel on the right side of the machine. The hydraulic oil filter is located behind the panel that must be removed in order to access the filter on the opposite side of the machine.
In order to catch any oil that spills, place a suitable container under the filter.

Remove the filter. Clean the filter bases. Discard the filters in a proper manner.
Coat the gasket of new filter with clean oil.
Install the new filter elements. Hand tighten the elements. When the gasket contacts the filter base, turn the filter element for an additional three quarters of a turn. This will tighten the filter sufficiently.Rotation index marks are positioned on the filter at 90 degree intervals. Use these rotation index marks as a guide when you tighten the filter.

Start the engine. Allow the hydraulic oil to warm. Maintain the oil to the level mark on the decal that is near the sight gauge. If necessary, add oil.Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities". Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities".
