Water Spray Electrical Schematic

(2) From water spray pump"2"" fuse
(3) From water spray pump "1" fuse
(4) "B+" from switched relay
(5) CAN resistor
(6) Machine ECM
(7) Keypad
(8) Propulsion lever
(9) Display
(10) Front spray pump"1"
(11) Front spray pump"2"
(12) Spray pump two relay
(13) Spray pump one relayWhen the engine start switch is in the ON position, power transfers from switched relay"R3" (4) to the following terminals of machine ECM (6):"2","47","48","49", and"50". This voltage provides the main power source for the machine ECM. The machine ECM is grounded at terminal"1".When the engine start switch is in the ON position and the shutdown relay is energized, power transfers from control power fuse (1) to the following locations:
Contact"1" and contact"5" of keypad (7)
Contact"2" of propulsion lever (8)
Contact"2" of display (9)When the electrical disconnect switch is in the ON position, the unswitched bus provides power to water spray pump"1" fuse, water spray pump"2" fuse, and the tire pump fuse.Power transfers from water spray pump"1" fuse (3) to contact"30" of spray pump one relay (13).Power transfers from water spray pump"2" fuse (2) to contact"30" of spray pump two relay (12).CAN Communication
After machine ECM (6) receives power, the ECM begins to monitor the CAN bus. Keypad (7), propulsion lever (8), display (9), and machine ECM communicate through CAN-communication lines. CAN-resistor (5) acts as a termination resistor.Input Signals
The controls for the water spray system are on propulsion lever (8) and keypad (7). Microprocessors located in the propulsion lever and the keypad monitor the status of the following control components:
Water spray enable switch
Water spray timer switches
Water spray mode switch
Propulsion lever position sensorThe above components send status information to machine ECM (6) through the CAN bus.The water enable switch and a position sensor are both integral components to propulsion lever (8). The water spray mode switch and the water spray timer switches are integral to keypad (7).Machine ECM (6) uses input signals from the water spray enable switch to determine if the operator wishes to use the water spray system. When the engine start switch is first moved into the ON position, the machine ECM sets the water spray status to off. Each time the operator actuates the water spray enable switch, the machine ECM toggles the status of the system between disabled and enabled. If the water spray enable switch is held for more than2 seconds, the system continuously operates for as long as the switch is held.Note: When the water spray system is operating in automatic mode, the propulsion lever must be moved out of the NEUTRAL position to operate. When the water spray system is placed in either manual mode, the system operates continually regardless of the position of the propulsion lever.Machine ECM (6) monitors the input signals from the water spray timer switches on keypad (7) to determine the desired water spray interval. The machine ECM defaults to the previously saved water spray interval each time the engine start switch is cycled through the OFF position. If machine ECM (6) receives a signal
