Installation Procedure
Preassemble the ROPS prior to installation onto the machine.
Use a suitable lifting device to position ROPS on the machine.Note: The weight of the ROPS is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).

Tighten control lever (6) prior to torquing the bolts. Set the control lever against the ROPS to prevent loosening.Note: Tighten to 12 1 N m (9 0.7 lb ft).
Place shim (2) between the frame and the ROPS on each side of the machine.

Bolt the ROPS to the machine. Use bolt (9), washer (11), and nut (8) to secure the ROPS to the machine. Secure the lower portion of the ROPS with bolt (10) and washer (11) .Note: Torque bolts to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).

Install harness assembly (13) to ROPS (3) .
Install cable straps in order to secure harness assembly to ROPS (3) .

Install rotating beacon light (14) on ROPS (3) .
