1 40 461-3878 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound to the threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 150 25 N m (111 18 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 55 5 degrees.
2 16 461-3882 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound to the threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 250 25 N m (184 18 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 45 5 degrees.
3 1 5D-1026 Band Clamp Torque to 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).
4 - - Before assembly, the surfaces must be clean and free from protective coating.
5 - - Before assembly into the upper frame group, coat the mating surfaces with 8C-8422 Sealant.
6 1 096-4755 Pin Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize Compound to the pin.
