Install ball bearing (10) in drive housing (1) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to install drive housing (1) onto gear (11). The weight of drive housing (1) is approximately 46.5 kg (2.0 lb).

Clean the mating surfaces of drive housing (1) and bearing seal retainer (9). Apply a continuous bead of Tooling (B) to the mating surface of drive housing (1) .
Install bearing seal retainer (9), lip seal (8), washers (7) and bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Install yoke assembly (5), O-ring (4), and retainer (3) .

Install bolt (2) to the drive housing. Tighten bolt (2) to a torque of 120 20 N m (89 15 lb ft).End By: Install the hydrostatic drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydrostatic Drive - Install".
