Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to final drive (10), as shown. The weight of final drive (10) is approximately 749 kg (1650 lb). The weight of wheel brake assembly (12) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).
Use Tooling (C) and the suitable lifting device in order to install final drive (10) to wheel brake assembly (12).
Install bolts (11) to wheel brake assembly (12).
Remove Tooling (C) from final drive (10).
Install bolts (8) to retainer (9).

Install a new O-ring seal (7) in the final drive and wheel brake assembly.

Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to final drive and wheel brake assembly (6), as shown. The weight of final drive and wheel brake assembly (6) is approximately 953 kg (2100 lb).
Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device in order to install final drive and wheel brake assembly (6).
Install bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 1150 150 N m (850 110 lb ft).

Install tube assembly (4). Install clip (3).

Install guards (2) and bolts (1). End By:
Install the final drive planetary carriers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive Planetary Carrier - Install".
Install the tire and the rim. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Front) - Remove and Install" or refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Rear) - Remove and Install".
