Location of the HarnessThe harness is routed from both sides of the engine.

Turn the battery disconnect switch into the off position. Disconnect the Forward connector (1) and the Back connector (2) from the solenoid for the power train pump. Label the wires. Cut the harness approximately 150 mm (6 inch) (A) and (B) from the splice.
Install four 186-3736 Connector Sockets onto the four wires that were cut. The harness for the forward connector (1) has two orange wires. Both of these wires should be installed into one 186-3736 Connector Sockets. Install a 150 mm (6 inch) long section of 119-3662 Heat Shrink Tube over each harness.
Connect the wires according to the following illustration and the following table into the two 155-2270 Plug Kits .

Turn of the battery disconnect switch. Mark the locations of the connectors and remove the existing wire harness.

Cut the existing harness as shown in illustration 5.
Install eight 186-3736 Connector Sockets onto the ends of the wires. Install a 150 mm (6 inch) long section of 119-3662 Heat Shrink Tube over each harness.

Use the following chart in order to connect the correct wires to the 155-2270 Plug Kits.

Connect the four 202-5424 Connectors to the plugs on the modified harness, as shown. Install the connectors to the solenoids.
