Adjust the drum housing so the drum housing is centered in the machine frame.

Use wire (30) in order to check alignment between driven pulley (28) and drive pulley (29) .

When the drum housing is centered, lock the adjusting screws. Tighten locknut (22) on bolt (21) .
Remove the suitable lifting device from the drum housing.

Install bolts (27) and locknuts (26) to each side of the front of the drum housing.

Install bolts (24) and locknuts (25) to each side of the drum housing.

Install switch (20) to the moldboard.

Install switch (19) to the drum housing.

Connect the hose assemblies to moldboard cylinders (18) .

Connect hose assemblies (15) and (16) to hydraulic manifold (17) .

Install right side plate (14) . The weight of right side plate (14) is approximately 175 kg (385 lb).
Install bolt (11) , washer (12) , and nut (13) .

Install left side plate (10) . The weight of left side plate (10) is approximately 172 kg (380 lb).
Install bolt (9) , washer (8) , and nut (7) .

Install cable (6) to the pin on the right side plate and to the hydraulic cylinder.

Install cable (5) to the pin on the left side plate and to the hydraulic cylinder.
Install the left steps and the right steps to the machine.
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By:
Install the antislab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Antislab - Remove and Install".
Install the rotor drive belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "V-Belt (Rotor Drive) - Remove and Install".
