Disconnect wire harness (9) from the sensor at the electrical connection. Remove flange (10) and the sleeve as an assembly from the transmission case.

Remove sleeve (12) from flange (10). Remove O-ring seal (11) from flange (10).

Remove two O-ring seals (13) from sleeve (12).

Remove four bolts (14). Remove cover (15). Remove four bolts (16). Remove manifold (17).

Remove two sleeves (19). Remove two O-ring seals (18) from cover (15).

Remove two O-ring seals (20) from sleeve (19). Repeat for the other sleeve.

Remove coupling (21) from manifold (17). Remove sleeve (22), sleeve (23), and sleeve (24) from the manifold.

Label six O-ring seals (25) for installation purposes. Remove the six O-ring seals from manifold (17).

Label two O-ring seals (26), two O-ring seals (27), and two O-ring seals (28) for installation purposes. Remove two O-ring seals (26) from sleeve (22). Remove two O-ring seals (27) from sleeve (23). Remove two O-ring seals (28) from sleeve (24).

Remove retaining ring (29) from coupling (21).

Label the ten bolts on the top of transmission shift control valve (31) for installation purposes. Remove four bolts (30) and the washers from transmission shift control valve (31).

Hold sleeve (32) and carefully slide transmission shift control valve (31) toward the rear of the machine. Remove sleeve (32) from the transmission case and from the transmission shift control valve.

Remove two O-ring seals (33) from sleeve (32).

Use bolt (34) in order to attach Tool (A) to transmission shift control valve (31), as shown. Position a suitable lifting device on Tool (A). Secure the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Remove transmission shift control valve (31) from the transmission. The weight of the transmission shift control valve is 68 kg (150 lb).
Remove bolt (34) and remove Tool (A). Remove the five remaining bolts (35) and remove the washers. Remove cover (36).
