The new LED green lamp.Many reports have been received of 8M-6176 Lamp (1) failing in the HYSTAT High Speed alert indicator (2). The indicator is a transparent green symbol located in the upper left corner of the dash panel. See Illustration 2. A new lamp is available. The new 158-5063 Green Lamp (3) is available. It is an LED lamp. It is a direct replacement for the former 8M-6176 Lamp in the 113-8337 Battery and Wiring.
Adaptable To: The new 158-5063 Green Lamp can be used back to first production on the listed machines. The former 8M-6176 Lamp will continue to be serviced. The new 158-5063 Green Lamp should be used only behind "High Speed" alert Indicator (2). The new 158-5063 Green Lamp began use in production with the machine serial numbers listed in Chart 1.
