Introduction
6V4974 Hose Press Stand is used as a support for 1U9160 Hydraulic Hose Press Assembly and a pump reservoir of the hydraulic pump system. To assemble the hose press stand and install the hydraulic hose press assembly, see the instructions that follow.The following hardware is required to assemble the standStand Assembly Procedure
1. Fasten legs (1) and (2) to brace (3).2. Fasten legs (8) and (9) to bar (7) and brace (10).3. Fasten two braces (4) between the four legs.4. Install bracket (6) as shown.5. Install supports (11) as shown.Mounting the Hose Press Assembly
1. Remove four nuts (14).2. Put 1U9160 Hydraulic Hose Press Assembly (12) in position on the stand with the ends of rods (13) through four holes (A) in legs (1) and (2).3. Install nuts (14) on rods (13) to hold press assembly (12) in position.4. Install two 0S0509 Bolts through brace (10) and into the front bolster, holes (B) of hose press assembly (12).5. Install foot pedal (5) to bracket (6).
