Start By:a. remove front idlers 1. Remove track roller frame and guards (1). 2. Remove yoke assembly (2). 3. Remove four bolts and lockwashers (3). Remove head assembly (4). 4. Remove seal (5) from the head. 5. Remove ring (6) and the seal from the cylinder assembly. The following steps are for installation of hydraulic track adjuster seals.6. Install the seal with the lip toward the inside of the spring.7. Install ring (6).8. Install seal (5) in the head with tooling (A). The lip of the seal must be toward the front idler. Put a small amount of the lubricant to be sealed on the lips of seals before and after installation.9. Put head (4) in position and install the four lockwashers and bolts that hold it in position.10. Install yoke assembly (2).11. Install the track roller frame guards.End By:a. install front idlers
