Remove the components that are shown in Illustration 2 and Illustration 3. Do not discard the components in Illustration 3. These pieces will be reused. Assemble the ride control accumulators, the brackets and the fittings as a subassembly before you install the components on the machine.

Mount plate (38) inside the right tower plate. See Illustration 4 for reference. Weld the plate in place. Weld using standard welding procedures. Use low hydrogen electrodes or equivalent GMAW or FCAW processes. Welds should be of good quality and free of obvious defects.
