Start By:
Remove the piston pump.

Remove bolts (1) to remove controller (2).

Remove four bolts (3) and remove cover assembly (4).

Remove O-ring seal (5) and brass plate (6) from cover assembly (4).

Remove cone (8) and pin (7) from cover assembly (4).

Remove bearing (9) from the shaft.

Remove spacer (10) from the shaft.

Remove rotator assembly (11) from the housing assembly.

Remove plug (13) from the housing assembly. Remove O-ring seal (12) from the housing assembly.

Remove O-ring seal (16) from plug (13). Remove plunger (15) and push rod (14).

Remove additional plugs and caps, as required.
