Start By:a. remove implement pump 1. Remove plug (1) and the needle valve.2. Remove four allen bolts (2) and valve assembly (3). 3. Remove three seals (4). Remove plug (5) and disassemble the valve. Measure the distance from the body to the end of socket setscrew (13) before removal. Spool (6) has three balance grooves.4. Remove locknut seal (12) and socket setscrew (13) if necessary.5. Remove O-ring (11), spring guide (10), spring (9), spring stop pin (8), spring guide (7) and spool (6) from valve assembly (3). Measure the distance from the body to the end of socket setscrew (21) before removal. Spool (15) has five balance grooves.6. Remove locknut seal (20) and socket setscrew (21) if necessary.7. Remove O-ring (19), spring guide (18), spring (17), spring guide (16) and cutoff spool (15) from valve assembly (3). 8. Remove six allen bolts (22) and head assembly (23). Heat the head to 121° C (250° F) to remove rod (26) and (27).9. Remove pin (25) and bearing cup (24) if necessary.10. Remove rod (26) and (27) if necessary. 11. Remove gasket (28), coupler (29) and plate (30).12. Remove spring (31) and piston (32). Remove piston (33).

Check the condition of O-ring seal (37) on plug (36) and O-ring seal (38) on cover (35). 16. Remove two allen bolts (39) on each side.17. Remove bearing (40) and spacer (41) on each side. Remove bearing (42) and shim under bearing (42). 18. Mark a piston and the barrel assembly so the pistons can be returned to the same location.19. Remove barrel (43), pistons (44) and guide ring (45).

Use a press to disassemble barrel assembly.22. Use Tool (A) and a press to disassemble the barrel (43). Compress spring (47) until Tool (A) is below retaining ring (49). Remove the retaining ring and slowly release the compression on the spring. 23. Remove shaft (50), swash plate (51) and stops (53) from the swash plate. Remove bearing (52) from shaft if necessary. 24. Remove bearing cup (54) and two rings and seals (55).25. Remove screws (56) and bearings (57). The following steps are for the assembly of the implement pump. 26. Install two rings and seals (55) and bearing cup (54).27. Install bearings (57) and screws (56) using 7M-7456 Bearing Mount for screws (56). Tighten screws to the torque of 4.0 .4 N m (35 0.4 lb in) 28. Install swash plate (51) and stops (53) in swash plate (51). Heat bearing (52) to 135 °C (275 °F) and install on shaft (50) on the pump.
