Installation Procedure
Note: Clean all parts. Remove paint from any mating surfaces.
Remove the drawbar from the machine (if equipped).Note: The weight of the drawbar is 118.41 kg (261.05 lb).

Install two dowels (12) in the machine frame for the lower links. The dowels should be installed to a depth of 25.0 1.5 mm (0.98 0.06 inch).
Use bolts (2) and washers (1) in order to install bracket assemblies (10) and (11). Use spacers (3), as required. Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390.9 51.6 lb ft).
Use bolts (14) and locknuts (5) in order to install pins (9). Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
Use bolts (2) and washers (1) in order to install plate assemblies (7) and (8). Use spacers (15), as required. Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 50 lb ft).
Use bolts (6) and locknuts (13) in order to install pins (4). Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

Use fittings (19), pins (4), bolts (6), and locknuts (13) in order to install link assemblies (28) to plate assemblies (7) and (8). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 60 12 N m (44 9 lb ft). Install the other end of link assemblies (28) to carriage assembly (31), using pins (30), bolts (29), washers (33), and locknuts (23) .Note: Insert pins (4) into plate assemblies (7) and (8). Be sure that the holes in the pins and the holes in the plate assemblies are aligned horizontally. Insert pins (30) into carriage assembly (31). Be sure that the holes in the pins and the holes in the carriage assembly are aligned vertically.
Use fittings (19), pins (9), bolts (14), and locknuts (5) in order to install link assemblies (24) to bracket assemblies (10) and (11). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 15 ft). Use pins (21), bolts (22), and nuts (17) in order to install the other end of link assemblies (24) to carriage assembly (31) .Note: Insert pins (9) into bracket assemblies (10) and (11). Be sure that the holes in the pins and the holes in the bracket assemblies are aligned horizontally. Insert pins (21) into carriage assembly (31). Be sure that the holes in the pins and the holes in the carriage assembly are aligned vertically.
Put stands or blocks under carriage assembly (31) in order to hold the carriage in a level position during assembly.
Use bearings (18), fittings (19), bolts (16), nuts (17), and washers (32) in order to install the head end of the cylinder to carriage assembly (31). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 120 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).
