1 8 3E-2331 Plug Before assembly, lubricate the plug face and the threads with Loctite C5Acopper anti-size.
Torque to 80 to 88 N m (59 to 65 lb ft).
2 8 6V-3823 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A copper anti-size.
3 2 1W-4161 Clamp Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp:
1. Tighten the clamp to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
2. Tap lightly all around the clamp.
3. Again, tighten the clamps to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
