VALVE GP-RELIEF 2863599 - Caterpillar

1. Remove ten screws (2) that hold instrument panel (1) in position on the dash. 2. Disconnect wire (3) on the lower left side of the panel. 3. Disconnect two wire harnesses (4) that have a location below the floor.4. Disconnect two wires (5). 5. Put the instrument panel in position as shown. Remove bolt (7) and disconnect the wires and clip (6).6. Remove the two bolts and plate (8).7. Pull wire harnesses (4) through the hole in the dash. 8. Remove monitor panel as follows: a) Remove nut (8) and disconnect the wires and clip.b) Disconnect wire harness (9). c) Remove three nuts (10). d) Remove two screws (11) and lens (12).e) Remove monitor panel (13). 9. Remove stop engine alarm light as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (15) from the engine alarm light.b) Remove nut (14) and the washer. c) Remove stop engine alarm light (16). 10. Remove service meter as follows: a) Disconnect wires (19).b) Remove two wing nuts and bracket (18).c) Remove service meter (17).11. Remove toggle switches as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (20) from the switch.b) Remove nut (21) and the toggle switch.12. Remove 60 amp circuit breaker as follows: a) Disconnect wires (23).b) Remove two nuts (22). c) Remove screws (24) and circuit breaker (25).13. Remove starting aid switch as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (26). b) Remove the screw and knob (27).c) Remove the nut and the starting aid switch.14. Remove start switch as follows: a) Disconnect wires (28) and (29). b) Remove the screw and knob (30).c) Remove the retaining nut and switch.15. Remove the fuse holders as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (31).b) Remove nut (32) and the fuse holder. 16. Remove fifteen amp circuit breaker as follows: a) Remove two screws (33). b) Disconnect two wires (34).c) Remove circuit breaker (35). 17. Remove the instrument panel light as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (36) and (37). b) Remove nut (38) and light (39).Install Instrument Panel
1. Install the instrument panel light as
