Keep all parts free of contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect all O-rings, seals, and gaskets for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to points (X). Bracket (28) weighs approximately 84 kg (185 lb).
Position bracket (28) and install four bolts (27).

Position plate (24) and install four bolts (23).
Position plate (26) and install five bolts (25) into the oil pan.
Tighten five bolts (25) into the oil pan to a torque of 120 20 N m (89 15 lb ft).
Tighten five bolts (25) into bracket (28) to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).

Position adapter (22) and install nut (21).
Install bolts (18) and connect elbows (19) and plugs (20).

Position O-ring seals and two tubes (17) and replace clips (16).
Install four bolts (14), two bolts (15), and two clip top straps (16).

Attach a suitable lifting device to the engine oil filter housing (13). The engine oil filter weighs approximately 77 kg (170 lb). Position O-ring seals and the engine oil filter housing (13) and install four bolts (12).
Connect hose (11) and tube (10).
Install two bolts (9) and three bolts (8).

Position O-ring seals and canisters (7) and install eight bolts (6).
Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (6) and tighten to a torque of 60 3 N m (44 2 lb ft).

If replacing canisters, install grommet (4) and position supports (5).
Install plate (3), bolts (2), and bolts (1).
