TRANSMISSION CONTROL LOCK
1. Inlet passage for brake pressure oil. 2. Sleeve. 3. Drain passage. 4. Rail (connected to direction selection spool). 5. Detent. 6. Nut (connected to direction cable from cab).1. Send a pressure of approximately 650 psi (45.7 kg/cm2) (4482 kPa) into passage (1).2. With a pressure of 650 psi (45.7 kg/cm2) (4482 kPa) into passage (1), shift rail (4) must move in either direction with a small amount of resistance. When the shift rail is released, it must stay in that position.3. Lower the pressure into passage (1) to approximately 400 psi (28.1 kg/cm2) (2758 kPa).4. With a pressure of 400 psi (28.1 kg/cm2) (2758 kPa) into passage (1), shift rail (4) must move in either direction against the force of the springs for detent (5) and sleeve (2). When the shift rail is released, it must be returned to its NEUTRAL position by the force of the springs.Transmission Control Linkage Adjustments
