This Program must be administered assoon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI10254" as the Partnumber and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim DescriptionCode and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair isdone after failure, use "PI10254" as the Part Number, "7751" as the GroupNumber, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMSDescription Code. This Revised Service Letter replacesthe September 25, 2003 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the AffectedProduct.PROBLEM
The fan drive needs to be inspected on certainC-15 industrial engines. Bolts may be torqued improperly causing shearedoff bolts at the fan adapter.AFFECTED PRODUCT

Remove and visually inspect each bolt one at atime.
If the bolt looks good replace it with a new bolt.
If the threads look damaged replace the 7N8827Hub, 6N6598 Adapter, and all (6) 0L2070 Bolts.
