The seat suspension group may fail on certain 768C and 772B Tractors; and 769C, 771C, 773B, 775B, and 777C Trucks. Any failure that involves the 8Y5982 Seat Suspension Group will be covered under this program.

Parts Needed
1 - 1084587 Suspension GroupAction Required
If any part of the 8Y5982 Seat Suspension Group fails, replace it with a new 1084587 Suspension Group
To replace the suspension group, seperate the 8Y6137 Seat Group Suspension from the 8W8065 Support.
Remove the 8Y6137 Seat Group from the 8Y5982 Suspension and replace it with a new 1084587 Suspension Group.
Install the seat group suspension on the 8W8065 Support Assembly using the hardware removed earlier.

If any part of the 8Y5982 Seat Suspension Group fails, replace it with a new 1084587 Suspension Group
To replace the suspension group, seperate the 8Y6137 Seat Group Suspension from the 8W8065 Support.
Remove the 8Y6137 Seat Group from the 8Y5982 Suspension and replace it with a new 1084587 Suspension Group.
Install the seat group suspension on the 8W8065 Support Assembly using the hardware removed earlier.
