Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Pay special attention the the section on releasing system pressure in the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
Remove the (4) bolts on the right rear enclosure panel to access the Fan/Brake Manifold. Image 1.1.1

The check valve is located on the bottom of the Fan/Brake Manifold. Image 1.2.1 Replace the existing check valve with new 348-0421 Check Valve and tighten to a torque of 40 +/- 4 Nm.

Open the right side engine enclosure door to access the Fan/Brake Manifold. Image 2.1.1

The check valve is located on the bottom of the Fan/Brake Manifold. Image 2.2.1 Remove the 2 bolts securing the Fan/Brake Manifold to the bracket. Move Fan/Brake Manifold to access the check valve. Replace the existing check valve with new 348-0421 Check Valve and tighten it to a torque of 40 +/- 4 Nm. Install the 2 previously removed mounting bolts and tighten them to a torque of 30 +/- 7 Nm.
