PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Remove the rear hydraulic control valve bank covers (reference KENR6018-02 for vacuum, cover removal, and tube disassembly procedures)
Locate and remove the left and right articulation tubes (Note: Depending on previous completion of PS42915, the left tube could be 292-2313 (PS not completed) or 341-2115 (Completed) (Visual (A)) and the right tube will be either 269-9519 (PS not completed) or 341-2114 (Completed) (Visual (B)). For easier identification, the articulation tube will always connect to the rear hydraulic control valve bank at the third valve section from the machine front (see below).

Replace the articulation hydraulic control valve straight fitting with the 6V-8625 Elbow, 3K-0360 Seal, and 6V-8398 Seal on both right and left hand sides of the machine (1). Tighten to a torque of 82 Nm.
Attach the 90-degree fitting ends of the new 243-0953 Hoses (2) to the elbows (1). Tighten the hose fitting to a torque of 65 Nm.

Attach the straight fitting end of the hose to the existing articulation hose (3). Tighten to a torque of 65 Nm.
Loosely secure the 243-0953 Hose with the 9x-8250 Clips at location shown, reusing the washer and bolt (4).
Adjust hose slack to avoid all rubs and tighten clip bolt to 55 Nm.
Repeat on opposite side.

Remove vacuum from hydraulic system.
Cycle the articulation cylinders to remove air from the lines and ensure no leaks exist.
Check and adjust the hydraulic fluid level.
Reinstall all covers. Tighten all cover bolts to a torque of 55 Nm.
