Parameter #5The operator can Enable or Disable ECO mode for the machine when the tool is in operation. This option is available on machines equipped with ECO mode only.Supply Pump Changeover Function
Parameter #6Selection of the drive pump ("Pump #1") or idler pump ("Pump #2") to supply oil to the work tool is available. The supply pump selection comes in "Combined flow", "Pump #1", and "Pump #2" according to the work tool application.When "Pump #1" is selected to supply oil to the work tool, the proportional reducing valves used to shift attachment control valve spool #2 are disabled. When "Pump #2" is selected to supply oil to the work tool, the proportional reducing valves used to shift attachment control valve spool #1 are disabled.This function will increase the operability of the work tool when performing an additional function at the same time. Selecting the pump to supply the work tool that is supplying the least amount of oil to the additional machine functions to ensure that the work tool is obtaining the maximum amount of oil flow that is available.Auxiliary Pump Horsepower Reduction Control
Parameter #7 and #8The ratio of torque to be reduced for the main pumps can be set when an auxiliary pump is being used to control the work tool. This operation will allow the available torque from the engine to be utilized effectively. Parameters that are available to be set are the ratio of reducing torque for the auxiliary pump installation and the ratio of reducing torque when the work tool driven by the auxiliary pump is operated. Parameter #11, #12, and #13In this function, pressure increase in the tool circuit is sensed by tool load pressure sensor. If the pressure reaches the set pressure or higher, the machine ECM send the appropriate signals to the proportional reducing valves that control the attachment control valves to reduce the pilot pressure.When a cylinder of the work tool reaches the end of the cylinder stroke, the pressure at the work tool becomes high. This increased pressure will cause oil to flow into additional cylinders that may be in operation at that moment. The increased flow will result in a sudden increase of the movement or speed of the receiving cylinder. In order to prevent this sudden increase of speed or movement, limitation to the spool shift of the attachment control valve for the work tool is applied by the proportional reducing valves. This operation will allow for better work tool control and enhance synchronous operation with the work tool.Enhanced Multi-Function
Parameter #14This feature will enhance the synchronous operation of the work tool and other machine implement movement by switching the pump supplying oil to the work tool from idler pump to drive pump. This action will occur when the work tool is operated at the same time as a Boom UP, Stick OUT, or Swing function occurs.
