Remove nuts (3) and remove fenders (1) from the machine (front tires only). The weight of each fender is 43 kg (95 lb.).
Connect the anti-pivot link to the main frames of the machine before the machine is lifted.
2. For removal of the front tires put wood blocks behind the rear tires.3. For removal of the rear tires put blocks between the rear axle housing and frame and block the front tires and lower the bulldozer blade. 4. Use tooling (A) to lift the machine enough so that the tires clear the ground. 5. Put tooling (B) in position as shown. Use tooling (A) to lower the machine until the weight of the machine is on tooling (B). 6. Fasten a hoist to tire and rim (4). Remove the nuts and washers that hold the tire and rim to the wheel assembly. Remove tire and rim (4) from the machine. The weight of each tire and rim is 630 kg (1400 lb.).Install Tires And Rims (814B)
1. Fasten a hoist to tire and rim (1) and put it in position on the wheel assembly.2. Install the washers and nuts to hold tire and rim (1). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb.ft.). 3. Put tooling (A) in position as shown and lift the machine high enough to remove tooling (B). 4. Lower the machine to the ground and remove tooling (A). 5. Put fenders (2) into position on the machine and install the nuts that hold the fenders.6.
