Remove bolt (1), the washer, and the spacer from pin (2) .
Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to lift cylinder (3) .
Remove pin (2) .

Place cribbing between lift cylinder (3) and the loader frame. Use a hoist to lower the lift cylinder onto the cribbing.
Repeat Steps 3 through 6 in order to remove the remaining lift cylinder.

Fasten a hoist and suitable lifting slings to lift arms (4) .

Remove harness clip (8) .
Remove harness clip (7) .
Remove bolts (6) and lamp assembly (5) .

Remove grease fitting (9) from lift arms (4) .

Repeat Steps 9 through 12 in order to remove lamp assembly (5) .
Disconnect linkage (11) .
Remove bracket (10) from the lift arm assembly.
Remove bolt (13), the washer, and the spacer from pin (12) .

Install Tooling (B) on pin (12). Fasten a suitable lifting sling and a hoist to Tooling (B) in order to support the cylinder.
Use Tooling (B) to remove pin (12) from the lift arms.
Repeat Steps 16 through 18 in order to remove the pin on the opposite side.
Remove the lift arms. The weight of the lift arms is 1390 kg (3065 lb).

Put lift arm assembly (4) on cribbing, as shown.

Remove lip seals (14) from the bucket end of the lift arms.

Use Tooling (C) to remove the bearings from the bucket end of the lift arms.

Remove lip seals (15) from the lift cylinder pin bores.

Use Tooling (D) to remove the bearings from the lift cylinder pin bores.

Remove lip seals (16) from the frame end pin bore.
