Position lift cylinder rod (1) over trunnion (2) .

Position end cap (3) under trunnion (2) .

Install shims (4) on the front of end cap (3) and the back of end cap (3) .

Install washers and bolts (5) .
Tighten bolts (5) .Note: Use Steps 1 through 5 to connect the lift cylinder that is on the right side of the machine.

Install center pin (6) .

Position end cap (7) that is for the push arm over trunnion (8) .Note: Use the machine hydraulics system to move push arm in position on both sides of the machine.

Install end cap (10) over trunnion (8) with two bolts (11). Measure the gap that is between end cap (10) and end cap (7) that is for the push arm. Record the measurement.
Remove bolts (11) and end cap (10) .Note: Use the number of shims that equals the distance that was measured in Step 8.

Install end cap (10) with shims (12), bolts (11) and nuts (13) .
Tighten nuts (13) .Note: Use Steps 8 through 11 to connect the push arm to the left side of the machine.
