Cut cable strap (30) and disconnect harness assembly (29) . Remove bolts (31) and place service brake control valve (32) to the side.

Disconnect five hose assemblies (33) from HMU (34) . Remove clip (35) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (36) and hoses (37) .

Remove bolts (38) and washer reservoir (39) .

Remove floor mat (40) .

Remove screws (42) and cover (41) .

Remove bolts (44) and cover (43) .

Release the parking brake. Remove cotter pin (47) and pin (46) . Remove clevis (45) . Remove clip (49) and slide cable assembly (48) through the bottom of the cab.

Disconnect hose assemblies (50) and (51) for the air conditioning system. Hose assemblies (50) and (51) are located on the left rear side of the cab.

Remove bolts (52) and toolbox (53) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (54) . The weight of cab (54) is approximately 1043 kg (2300 lb).

Remove covers (55) from the front of the cab.
