Purge lift cylinder grease lines with Tooling (E) .
Apply Tooling (E) to the bores of the lift cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder (1). The weight of lift cylinder (1) is approximately 150 kg (330 lb).
Install the lift cylinder in the front frame.

Align the bore of the lift cylinder with the bore of the front frame. Install pin (2) in the head end of the lift cylinder.
Apply Tooling (F) to the outside diameter and to the inside diameter of the collets.

Install two collets (3) .
Apply Tooling (F) to the thread of bolt (4). Install bolt (4) and the washer.Note: The collet on one side must not extend farther than the collet on the other side when the bolt is tight.
Tighten bolt (4) as follows:
Tighten bolt (4) to a torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). After bolt (4) is tight, hit the collet on each side with a heavy hammer until the torque on bolt (4) is less than 475 N m (350 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (4) again to a torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). Hit each collet again until the torque on bolt (4) is less than 675 N m (500lb ft).
Tighten bolt (4) to a final torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft).Note: At the end of 50 service hours repeat Step 9.a through Step 9.c.
Connect lubrication hose assembly (5) (obscured) to the head end of the lift cylinder.

Connect hose assembly (6) and (7) to the lift cylinder.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the lift cylinder. The weight of the lift cylinder is approximately 150 kg (330 lb).
Apply Tooling (E) to the bore of the lift arm.
Start the engine, extend the lift cylinder in order to align the bore of the lift cylinder with the bore of the lift arm. Stop the engine.

Install pin (8) in the rod end of the lift cylinder.

Apply Tooling (F) to the outside diameter and to the inside diameter of the collets. Install two collets (9) .
Apply Tooling (F) to the thread of bolt (10). Install bolt (10) and the washer.Note: The collet on one side must not extend farther than the collet on the other side when the bolt is tight.
Tighten bolt (10) as follows:
Tighten bolt (10) to a torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). After bolt (10) is tight, hit the collet on each side with a heavy hammer until the torque on bolt (10) is less than 475 N m (350 lb ft).
Tighten
