Lift the front of the machine with Tooling (A) until the front tires are off the ground. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303, "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A). Install Tooling (B) under both sides of the front axle.

Fasten a suitable device to the front tire. Remove nuts (2) and the washers. Remove the tire and rim (1) from the spindle hub. The weight of the tire and rim (1) is approximately 725 kg (1600 lb).
Repeat Step 2 for the opposite side.Installation Procedure

Fasten a suitable device to the front tire. Install the tire and rim (1) on the spindle hub. Install nuts (2) and the washers. Tighten nuts (2) to a torque of 1450 150 N m (1070 110 lb ft). The weight of the tire and rim (1) is approximately 725 kg (1600 lb).
Repeat Step 1 for the opposite side.

Raise the machine off Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (B). Lower the machine to the ground and remove Tooling (A). Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303, "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A).
