Fan failure is displayed.
Fans are equipped with flow indicators.     The outlet for the fan is obstructed.     Remove the obstruction from the top of the system.    
The doors for exhaust do not open. Ensure that the doors open and close freely.    
The fans are not plugged into the printed wire board for the Fan Monitor. Ensure that you have good connections.

The vacuum increases during start-up of the system.     Thermal activity within the flywheel causes an increase in pressure.
