A 1U-7505 Hydraulic Jack 1
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat® products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Hot oil and hot components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or hot components to contact skin.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

Disconnect hose assemblies (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (3).

Use Tooling (A) to support the transmission oil cooler. The weight of the transmission oil cooler is approximately 65 kg (143 lb).
Remove cotter (5) and pin (6). Remove band assemblies (4).

Remove two bolts (7) and transmission oil cooler (8).

Remove bolts (9), bonnet (10), and the gasket.

Remove remaining bolts (7), bonnet (11), and the gasket.Installation Procedure
Install transmission oil cooler (8) in the reverse order of removal.
