7 11 333-3089 Plug Before assembly, apply 1U-8846 Gasket Sealant to 11 holes (3) after installation of cork.
8 - - Before assembly, apply 1U-8846 Gasket Sealant between the mating surfaces of the gear group and upper frame assembly. Apply 1U-8846 Gasket Sealant between the mating surfaces of the gear group and carbody assembly.
9 1 7Y-1650 Hose Clamp Torque to 5.4 0.5 N m (47.8 4.4 lb in).
10 8 455-3798 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
11 4 455-3798 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
12 15 509-2008 Bolt Before assembly, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads. Omit the bolt seats and surfaces of the washers.
Torque to 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).
13 52 509-2006 Bolt Before assembly, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads. Omit the bolt seats and surfaces of the washers.
Torque to 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).
14 31 509-2007 Bolt Before assembly, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads. Omit the bolt seats and surfaces of the washers.
Torque to 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).
